The breakfast included high quality food. The serving staff was friendly with smiling faces. I liked the cute attitude they showed to customers. The hotel location is close to a metro station. It offers easy access from the airport. I found many restaurants in the area. My room was cleaned thoroughly, I found it maintained well. The staff was professional. They were also helpful.
The door to my room provided little sound insulation, I could hear every passerby clearly.

breakfast started a few minutes late. it was still value for money though. the room had a comfy double bed and plenty of complimentary drinking water which i totally appreciated! the location was central and , made it easy to get around.
the cleaning personnel always left the airco on max cold. it reminded me of walking into a freezer! i think i got a bit sick because of this extreme temperature. this wasnt good at all, i always had to adjust it.

the breakfast presented high quality food. the serving staff was very friendly. i found their cute attitude toward customers pleasing. i enjoyed the two nearby restaurants suggested. the portuguese one catered to local people and the chinese buffet restaurant felt very authentic.
the garbage collection woke me up two different nights.

i found pure joy in the hotel's location. it sat nestled near metro stations, allowing easy travel. the staff's kind smiles and helpful nature eased my stay, i felt so cared for.
the room's windows seemed neglected, clouding the outside view. the lack of bathroom ventilation troubled me, leading to a persistent, unwelcome smell.

the staff were helpful, they answered my questions! some amazing breakfast places are around, the room was bright, it had large windows. they served complimentary wine and cheese, what a nice welcome! free bottled water and fresh lemon water were available at the reception.
The windows in the room were very dirty, i could barely see outside. It was very unpleasant!
